Client portal data: access tokens, access codes, portal access logs

Telematics providers (Scania/Volvo): vehicle data via your authorised API connections

Your organisation: job and fleet data shared within your company account
Your clients & sub-contractors: via their respective portal access (only their own data)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Waste tracking data is retained as required by environmental regulations (minimum 2 years). When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Portal access is secured via unique tokens and access codes that can be revoked at any time.
